I really admire Cristiano Ronaldo because he has been working all his life to be the best and we can say that he is one the best players in the history of football. Despite what you may think, he has not had an easy life, his childhood was very difficult.

He was born in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal in a big family of Jose and Maria. The baby got his exotic name after Ronald Reagan, a former U. S. president and the favourite actor of his father.

Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t like to recollect his life at their parents’ house. Jose drunk a lot and every day he came back home and fell down asleep. He was a gardener and didn't earn a lot. Jose spent most part of that little money in alcoholic drinks and that’s why his four children and wife were hungry very often.




He has played in Portugal, England and Spain.


He is very influential to me due to his success, he has won a lot of both individual and collective titles and he is the player who has scored more goals in the history of Real Madrid. As footballers go, Cristiano Ronaldo is probably one of the better-looking ones. He is tall, athletic and always has a smile on his face. He is also very determined, which could be the reason why he is so successful.


Cristiano Ronaldo stars his career in Portugal in the Sporting of Lisbon, in his first season the team won the league and the Portuguese Cup and Cristiano got a lot of famous in his country. In 2004 signed by Manchester United where he became a world-class footballer. Finally in 2009 accepted the offer of 100 million euros from Real Madrid, confirming two weeks later and being the most expensive transfer in football history to date.



In conclusion, I would say that he has worked hard to achieve what he has done in his life and he is an inspiration to many people.

“Me in 10 year´s time”

I am going to start saying that it is very difficult to me to think what I will do with my life in 10 years because I am very happy doing the things what I am doing now, but in this essay, I will try to change my mind. First of all, I think that I will be living in a big city like Madrid or Barcelona.
